Overview
ConsultHire gives every applicant a real first-round interview and gives recruiters a ranked shortlist with evidence, without adding a single call to their calendar.
The problem
First-round screens do not scale. Recruiters skim resumes, phone a handful of people and miss strong candidates whose resumes undersell them.
What we built
A recruiter dashboard and a candidate interview flow. Paste a job description, share one link, and each candidate has a ten minute adaptive AI interview. Every interview is scored, summarised and ranked, and the recruiter can invite the best candidates to a second round straight from their own Gmail.

The problem
Generic chatbot interviews ask the same questions to everyone.
The decision
We derive competencies from the job description and track evidence for each one, so the interviewer moves on once a skill is covered and digs in where answers stay vague.
Why
Scores are only trustworthy when they are grounded in specific answers to role specific questions.
Result
Every score links back to the transcript, so a recruiter can see exactly why a candidate ranked where they did.
The problem
Follow-up emails were copied by hand into a mail client.
The decision
The second-round invite is written for the role and sent from the recruiter's own Gmail, and the candidate is shortlisted automatically.
Why
Replies should land in the recruiter's inbox, not a no-reply address.
Result
Going from shortlist to scheduled second round takes one click.
